Open Water Learning Platform - OWL
OWL is Open Water’s bespoke online Social Learning Platform.
A behaviour change technology built around proven gamification principles, OWL provides a digital community environment that encourages people to learn and contribute to learning.
OWL gives participants access to carefully curated, context-specific content. Collaborative, engaging and adapted to all learning styles, it drives results by encouraging engagement and participation.
OWL can be used to deliver stand-alone programs or as a follow up to face-to-face programs to deepen learning and sustain the impact. Participants will typically access the platform before they start their face-to-face learning modules, and for 6-12 months on completion.

Strategy Circles
During studio sessions, small groups are assigned to come together and clarify team strategic goals. These groups then align and commit to who will do what, why, and by when, supported by an Open Water coach/facilitator.
A powerful catalyst for goal execution, strategy circles are an effective way for the team can hold each other accountable and provide each other with necessary support.
Executive Coaching
